Multiple years working experience as a Project Manager in a communications, marketing or finance environment within a large organization or fast-paced surrounding like an advertising or design agency and ready for further development in Projectmanagement? Our client is a large multinational, based in the The Hague region. The company's in-house creative content team is responsible for delivering a wide range of projects and assets across the design, print, film, photography, digital, social media and event management disciplines

You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team on the full life cycle (from design to publishing and distribution) of large and complex corporate communication projects. Your main focus will be on the companies' Annual Report and related spin-off documents. A complex en versatile project where you will be able to bring creativity to the design process and offer stylistic recommendations. You will also advise on digital implementation and social media amplification. Throughout the process you will liaise with multiple internal stakeholders at all levels of the company.

For the Annual Report project your principal responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the creation of the design (print and digital) for the suite of reports.
  • Developing production plans per report, including detailing project budgets, milestones, tasks and task owners.
  • Briefing the production teams and external suppliers, ensuring they are clear on all key elements of the brief.
  • Review and quality control at all stages of the design and production process, ensuring outputs meet the requirements of the brief, comply with brand guidelines and standards, and meet the set budget and timeline.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle to ensure awareness of progress, seek approvals etc.
  • Ensure all processes are compliant with companies relevant and evolving HSSE, ethic, legal, IRM and brand policies.

Requirements for the role:

  • Education minimal at BA level.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience project managing complex (digital) Communication projects
  • Proven - with samples of work - experience working on the end-to-end production process, from design to publishing and distribution.
  • Experience with annual reports, (digital) corporate communication design and/or brand and visual identity guidelines is a major plus.
  • Experience managing budgets and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Available minimal 32 hrs/week, full time preferred.
