DPDK is looking for a global Head of Marketing that manages and oversees all our MarCom activities. In close collaboration with our our Management- and Business team you will be responsible for the development of strategic marketing plans that generate leads and take our brand to the next level. We’re not looking for a digital marketer or a social media ‘guru’ but for someone who can identify the strategic direction of our brand and knows how to solve our customers needs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Attracting quality leads by implementing our global sales strategy and spreading DPDK’s strategic narrative.
  • You help to sell the DPDK brand through owned, paid and earned media, positioning DPDK as the best creative digital agency out there.
  • You know our customers and their behaviour and can seamlessly translate their pains into relevant campaigns and engaging content.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
  • You know the power of social media marketing, and can take charge of our social media and content strategy for both branding and recruitment purposes.
  • Working alongside our Management team and Business team, you’ll help support our business and growth initiatives by publicizing and promoting our perspective and work via global, national, regional and local media.
  • Draft and adapt press releases and work to grow and deepen our media relations, taking responsibility for consistent coverage of new hires, projects, research, insights, awards, announcements and more.
  • Attend various industry events to build personal connections with relevant contacts and support marketing sponsorships and opportunities.
  • You know how to build a modern brand and can collaborate with designers, strategists and data scientist to take our brand to the next level.


  • We’re looking for a marketing communications professional who’s in tune with business and has exceptional experience running successful marketing campaigns, public speaking, events & sponsorship and branding.
  • You have 5+ years of high-level marketing communications experience at the intersection of creativity and technology or a related line of (business-to-)business.
  • We are looking for someone who is a great writer in English, and ideally also in Dutch. Someone who can talk the language of our designers and copywriters and knows how to make DPDK’s tone of voice their own.
  • You are experienced in independently establishing priorities and storylines, and work in an organized way that allows for asynchronous collaboration.
  • Working directly with our Management team, you’re comfortable securing a continuous flow of strategic, value-added coverage.
  • You’re extremely skilled in designing plans to better market our offering to specific markets, and make sure all of our capabilities and propositions get enough attention.
  • You have demonstrable experience with data driven strategies and result driven campaigns and knows all the secrets shortcuts of leading CRM systems.
  • While switching effortlessly between time zones, you excel in positively motivating your team and ensuring that everyone gets the best out of themselves.
